Your true self

Your true self is at your core/ identity self. Your “true self” is far beyond your created identity, personality, character, facade, or costume you chose to wear for others. Granted, you did what you did based on what you knew was right, and there was nothing wrong with that. Hence, you created many “you” in your life that you believed you needed to survive.

What I am suggesting is far different than any of those creations in all your life. It is your true self that signals you, notifies you, alarms you persistently, and also at times when you believe something is not right and you really don’t know why. It is the same as when something doesn’t fit what you strived to get, if not all, in the majority of your life.

We all have those same values but what differs us is how we prioritize them…

The scale of your prioritizing causes why you do what you do and how that underpins all your choices in life.

There is no mystical, magical stuff here.

Granted, you may choose to believe all sorts of different practices and ideologies but have you ever asked yourself why you still experience that same discomfort, that familiar nuance, that irritation, that bother, that being stuck feeling, or that “why the heck did I do that” talk?

When the desire to change becomes greater than the desire to stay the same; then you start looking for what you don’t know.

Maybe you thought the answer you seek never existed but you still believed with all your heart that it was there. You chased the answer to the question “why” in unprecedented territories and through ways all your life; you kept searching inside of every person you met. On your own terms, you did everything you “could” to understand those experiences you encountered. If asked then, I can boldly suggest that you were even ready to go to the far end of the galaxy to understand who you really are if you were given the chance. The thing is; have you considered the possibility for a second that what you were looking for was all there with you, all the time, and residing in you all your life? How might your life be then if you would understand why you do what you do? Who might you become ?…

“We” create the horizon line of our desires and needs.

Now you have again the possibility to know, to remember…

You can become who you might be. I know you can because it happened to me and to many others too. You just need to make the first step – the step that is not easy to make as it may be seen through the unknown territory, into the uncertainty. As if it is a step into your first ” not your way” of living.

I understand that it looks scary, it feels agitating as it is coated with all sorts of fears that may or may not surface and leave you powerless and without a level of control. I lived that first step too.

But when you make the first step – kind of a child-like way, imperfectly as everyone else does, and while standing right in the middle of the circle of complete uncertainty, fear and anxiety, You will learn something. This is important learning because:

  • “That something” will liberate you from what was holding you back including your robot-like emotional patterns.
  • This will shed light on your “created reasons” and give a new perspective on ” why you did what you did ” as well as an understanding of others who literally shape the quality of your life.
  • You will realize how you convinced yourself for those reasons and question their validity.
  • You will clarify the reasons for not doing what you always wanted to do in your life and becoming the person you have always wanted to be.
  • You will realize that It was always “You” versus YOU and it will always be…

You have a choice in front of you.

You may certainly choose to keep doing what you always did as your old ways, as your old known ways, as your old secure ways and get results based on old ways and experience life as you perceive rather than ” what actually IS”

or,

you do something different and look at where you haven’t looked in you before.

Have you ever thought about what might you see in there then?

who might you become in life?

what might you do for your loved ones? for others? for us?

This first step in to “knowing your true self”, rest assured, will unleash the abundance of unthought, undreamed, mostly unimaginable opportunities with a constant fulfilment state during the journey.

I openly invite you to consider this journey of being the one who you really are.

You and I as a team, we will move one step at a time. I am committed to walk with you side by side. I am willing to listen to understand you unconditionally and with full acceptance. If not more, you will experience as same openness, authenticity, congruence and honesty from my side as you would given to me from yours.

Our main rule between us would be that ; This is your life, and your choices. Since you will always be responsible from your choices, you are the final authority of your life, you will decide how far you would choose to go.

My job as your counselor would be to guide you to find out for yourself the thing you want in your life.

YOU are only 1 decision away from completely changing your life.

Knowing what we don’t know in life, allow us to make better informed choices to get what we really want.

Know thyself. Know your true self.
